VC Design and Fashion LLC, doing business as VEENA CHAUHAN, is headquartered in the United States and offers products to customers in multiple countries and regions. This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and describes additional rights available to you depending on your location.

European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom Privacy Rights (GDPR & UK GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (EU GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 / UK GDPR provide you with specific rights regarding your personal data. VC Design and Fashion LLC is the data controller for the processing described in our Privacy Policy.

International Data Transfers

Because VEENA CHAUHAN is based in the United States, your personal data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required by GDPR or UK GDPR, we rely on Adequacy Decisions, standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or UK Information Commissioner, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

This section applies solely to residents of California under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, "CCPA").

In the preceding twelve (12) months, VEENA CHAUHAN has collected the following categories of personal information:

Identifiers: name, shipping address, billing address, IP address, email address, telephone number.
Commercial information: records of garments viewed, added to bag, purchased, or returned.
Internet or other electronic network activity: browsing history, interaction with our website, device type, operating system, and referral URLs.
Geolocation data: approximate location derived from IP address.
Inferences: style preferences or category interest drawn from browsing patterns.

We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA for the purpose of inferring characteristics about consumers.

Sources and Purposes

We collect personal information directly from you when you place an order, create an account, or contact Customer Care; automatically through cookies and device logging; and through service providers who support our payment, fulfillment, and analytics systems. We use this information solely for the business and commercial purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

VEENA CHAUHAN does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not sold or shared personal information of consumers in the preceding twelve (12) months, including consumers under sixteen (16) years of age.

Your Rights under the CCPA

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; authorized agents must provide proof of written permission signed by the consumer.

If you reside in another jurisdiction with applicable privacy laws (such as Canada, Australia, or other U.S. states including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Utah), you may have comparable rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
