VEENA CHAUHAN is a luxury womenswear brand operated by VC Design and Fashion LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("we," "our," or "us").

3. Products and Availability

Garments from VEENA CHAUHAN are produced in limited editorial runs. We endeavor to describe and depict all items as accurately as possible; however, variations in fabric texture, dye lots, and display calibration may produce slight differences between images on the site and the delivered garment. All items are offered subject to availability.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax and shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout. Full payment must be received and cleared before any order is accepted and dispatched. We accept major credit cards and approved digital payment methods.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we issue a written dispatch confirmation with tracking details. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including inventory exhaustion, inaccuracies in pricing, or suspected unauthorized transactions.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched according to our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title transfer upon delivery by the carrier to the destination address specified in your order. International clients are responsible for all applicable import tariffs, customs clearances, and local duties.

Eligible merchandise may be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy. All returns require prior authorization through our returns portal. Items returned without authorization, or in condition inconsistent with our policy, will be refused or returned at the client's expense.
