Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders placed before 11 a.m. ET are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after that time are dispatched the next business day. Processing may take longer during collection launches, holidays, or periods of peak demand.

Each piece is individually inspected, carefully wrapped, and packed in our signature packaging before dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please allow up to twenty-four (24) hours for tracking details to update on the carrier's platform.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We provide complimentary standard shipping within the United States. Return shipping is arranged by you, and is covered by the house only when an order arrives damaged or defective, or was fulfilled incorrectly.

Estimated transit times:

  • Complimentary Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2 business days from dispatch (available at checkout for an additional fee).
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day from dispatch (available at checkout for an additional fee).

All domestic shipments include carrier tracking and signature confirmation upon delivery for orders exceeding $1,000 USD.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping to select international destinations. Available countries and shipping options are presented at checkout.

International delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 5 to 10 business days from dispatch depending on customs clearance procedures.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, all applicable customs duties, import tariffs, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will be calculated or collected in accordance with destination country regulations. We cannot predict or control these fees.

If an international shipment is refused by the recipient, return shipping costs, duties, and customs fees incurred by VEENA CHAUHAN will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Delivery Issues and Missing Parcels

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. VEENA CHAUHAN is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the client.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, or building management. If the package cannot be located after forty-eight (48) hours from marked delivery, contact Customer Care at info@veenachauhan.com. We will initiate an inquiry with the carrier.
