Returns & Refund Policy

At VEENA CHAUHAN, each garment is designed to become a lasting part of a carefully curated wardrobe. We encourage clients to review product descriptions and sizing information before purchasing. If a return is necessary, the following policy applies.

Return Eligibility

Eligible merchandise may be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days of confirmed delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from fragrance, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or any other signs of wear.

Return Authorization

Please contact Customer Care before returning merchandise. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Returns sent without prior authorization may experience processing delays.

Condition of Merchandise

Returned items must include all original tags, packaging, protective materials, spare buttons (if provided), and any accompanying accessories. Merchandise that does not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law: final sale merchandise, gift cards, customized or altered garments, and any product specifically identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is defective or we shipped the incorrect merchandise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned.

Inspection

All returned merchandise is carefully inspected upon receipt. If a returned item does not satisfy the conditions of this policy, the return may be declined and the merchandise returned to the customer.

Refunds

Once a return has been approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or the return results from our error.

Refund Processing Time

After a refund has been issued, your financial institution may require additional time before the credit appears on your account. Processing times vary by payment provider and are outside our control.

Exchanges

Because many VEENA CHAUHAN garments are produced in limited quantities, exchanges cannot be guaranteed. If inventory is available, Customer Care will be pleased to assist with a replacement size or style whenever possible.

Incorrect or Defective Merchandise

If you receive an incorrect item or believe your garment has a manufacturing defect, please contact Customer Care within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Include your order number together with photographs of the merchandise and packaging so we can review the matter promptly.

Order Cancellations

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. For this reason, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact Customer Care before initiating a payment dispute. We are committed to resolving concerns promptly whenever possible.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the total purchase amount, including the purchase price, applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, customs fees, and any other charges disclosed during checkout.

Orders are subject to payment authorization, verification, inventory availability, and fraud prevention procedures. VEENA CHAUHAN reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment cannot be authorized, fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected, or a pricing, inventory, or technical error has occurred.

If a payment is declined, reversed, or cannot be successfully processed, your order may be delayed or cancelled until payment has been successfully completed.
