Collars, cuffs and closures

Each of the three blouses is built around its collar, its cuffs or its closure.

Fará has a close-fitting pleated collar, set in carefully measured folds, and knife-pleated cuffs that repeat it at the wrist. It buttons down the back, so nothing interrupts the front. It comes in black.

Nia opens at the back. Each sleeve runs in a clean line from the armhole to a structured band that closes with a button, and below the band a soft flounce opens at the wrist. The body falls straight from waist to hem. It comes in black.

Valora is the shirt of the three, in ivory: a tailored shirt shape with a wide, structured collar. Its sleeves are cut a little longer and run slightly past the wrist, where they finish in origami-inspired cuffs made from deliberate folds.

All three are long-sleeved. Veena's design began with one observation: "a garment should complement the person wearing it, not compete with her."

Fit and sizing

The blouses are semi-fitted, with a straight sleeve, and they run true to size. They come in XS to XL, which the size guide matches to US sizes: XS is a US 0, S a 2 to 4, M a 6 to 8, L a 10 and XL a 12. The model on each page is 5'10" and wears an XS. The size guide on every product page has the blouse chart and a guide to where each measurement is taken.

Fabric and care

The shell of each blouse is 100% polyester crepe. Dry clean only, and store it on a shaped hanger. The care instructions are printed on the label of every garment as well as on the product page.

Limited runs

Each piece is refined across several toiles before it reaches its final form. Quantities are deliberately small, and a new run begins only once the one before it is complete.
